DOMESTIC SUPERVISOR - HEALTHCARE Salary: £12.75 - £21.55 per hour (Saturdays £17.21 Per Hour & Sundays £21.55 Per Hour) Working Hours: Permanent, Part Time, 16 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday between 14:00 and 22:30 Location: Churchill Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE About the role: This is a vital supervisory role where you will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and coaching the cleaning services team to maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the hospital. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and actively monitor the performance and output of the cleaning services team. Staff Management: Oversee shift and work patterns to efficiently meet fluctuating staff levels and operational demands. Customer Service: Respond effectively to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction and quick resolution. Stock Control: Supervise the monitoring and maintenance of cleaning stock levels, ensuring the team is always equipped to meet service requirements. Operational Support: Actively support the team by assisting with cleaning duties where operational needs require it.
