Your Work Schedule
You’ll enjoy a balanced 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with day shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM. For example, you might work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM .
Your Mission
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to both our internal and external customers. You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including:
* Field-based Engineers
* Account Managers
* Our Branch Network
* External Customers
You'll work closely with Customer Service Team Leaders and Operations Managers to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience!
What You'll Do
* Respond to inbound calls professionally and effectively, meeting agreed response times.
* Demonstrate outstanding service to all customers.
* Maintain high standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
* Accurately record and process information.
* Take ownership of customer interactions from start to finish.
* Proactively identify and escalate any incidents that may affect service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* At least six months of customer service experience.
* Experience in a call centre, telephone customer service, or customer-facing roles.
* A proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
* A team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
