In this role, you'll take ownership of the kitchen while maintaining high standards throughout service. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient service
Maintaining excellent quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
Managing stock control, budgeting, and supplier relationships
Creating and developing seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients
Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
Working closely with the FOH team to deliver a seamless guest experienceWhat we're looking for
We're looking for someone who brings experience, leadership, and passion to the kitchen, including:
A minimum of five years' experience at this level
A hands-on approach with a positive, team-focused attitude
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
