The Role
Were looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Events Producer to join our vibrant team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves food, weddings, and exceptional customer service.As the first point of contact for new enquiries, youll play a key role in converting leads into confirmed events through positive, proactive engagement aligned with Kalm Kitchens brand and commercial strategy. Youll guide clients through the entire planning journey from enquiry and tasting to the point of event delivery ensuring a seamless, memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and relationship building. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner venues. Organise and host venue tastings, client meetings, and open days. Create and manage client quotes, ensuring bespoke and accurate event details. Work with the sales and production managers to meet the businesss needs. Liaise closely with the kitchen and operations teams on menu and event details. Produce event briefings and hand over clients to the operational team for delivery. Track and report on sales metrics, maintaining up-to-date client and venue records. Represent Kalm Kitchen at events and tastings, strengthening client relationships and brand presence. Were looking for someone who has proven experience in a sales, events, or wedding coordination role.Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Possesses excellent organisational and administrative skills. Has a keen eye for detail and a creative flair that reflects current trends.Thrives under pressure and can manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Works collaboratively within a team and builds positive client relationships. Has a good understanding of Office 365 (Tripleseat experience is a plus). Holds a full driving licence and has access to transport (due to rural office location).
