Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure staff development through regular supervisions, training, and appraisals. Requirements: Nurse Qualified (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with active NMC registration. Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Home Manager, or Registered Manager in a nursing home setting. Strong leadership and management skills with a passion for delivering high-quality care. Previous experience in achieving Good CQC reports and a solid understanding of CQC regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to the well-being and care of residents, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Desirable: Previous experience working with dementia, palliative care, or elderly residents is advantageous.
