The Role
You’ll work across two nearby offices, taking on a broad and varied professional caseload - valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews and wider GP instructions. No agency work needed unless you want it. Your focus is professional services, repeat business and maintaining the high standards clients already expect.
You’ll be trusted with autonomy from day one. This is not a role where you’ll be trained up - they’re looking for someone experienced, confident and capable who can step in and take real responsibility.

Who You Are
* An experienced General Practice Surveyor - ideally with Registered Valuer status.
* Someone comfortable handling professional instructions with minimal supervision.
* Locally based or within easy reach of the two offices.
