International Customer Service Administrator – Permanent – Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a large manufacturing company in Telford for a new International Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator. This permanent, full‑time role is based in Telford, with the option to work from home a couple of days a week after training. The role supports customers outside the UK, so the ability to speak French or German is an advantage.
The role involves handling a large volume of orders, ensuring accurate processing, and providing general admin support to the sales team and customers.
Duties
* Receiving, collecting, checking and inputting all daily sales orders
* Prompt and positive delivery of order acknowledgements with correct prices, part numbers and realistic delivery dates
* Maintain and update customer records/profiles on the internal CRM system
* Receive and record any relevant customer feedback
* Confirm stock availability
* Handle customer enquiries
* Create and send out invoices
Qualifications and experience
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
* Experience handling and processing orders with a high level of attention to detail
* Well‑organised and able to work unsupervised
* Excellent telephone manner
* IT literate
* Fluency in French or German is desirable
Eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
