Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. 37.5 hours a week.

As an Integrated Clinical Services Manager at our Cardiff & Vale Hospitals, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Wellbeing Services within a Specialist Centre – namely Physiotherapy and Health Screening. You will ensure the delivery of high quality, effective clinical care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment. The Integrated Clinical Services Manager provides leadership, motivation and supervision of all members of the team, as well as providing clinical care for clients. You’ll have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. You also have excellent manual therapy skills, and you’re committed to developing as a practitioner. You’re a confident communicator, skilled at engaging with all kinds of people.
Responsibilities
* Work across inpatients and outpatients and a range of musculoskeletal conditions and post‑operative cases
* Manage and oversee the operational and professional physiotherapy and health assessment team
* Be part of our multidisciplinary team of nurses, AHPs and consultants, supported by a regional clinical lead
* Help our patients achieve, maintain and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing
* Deliver excellent clinical care that’s safe, effective, caring, well‑led and responsive to patients’ needs
* Be compliant with all governance standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes
* Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy
Qualifications
* Proven post‑qualification clinical experience
* Operational management experience within a healthcare setting
* Financial management experience within a healthcare setting
* Significant experience in physiotherapy delivery
* Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
* Evidence of leadership within a team of health care professionals
* Computer literate, as we use an electronic patient record system
