Our team operates from two locations, our headquarters in Grove and engineering hub in Didcot. By combining exceptional talent with unique engineering assets, we tackle our clients’ most complex challenges with the agility and precision that our motorsport heritage demands. The Position: We are seeking a results-oriented and technically proficient Marketing Manager to establish and drive the marketing strategy for our specialised, high-value engineering services and industrial technology products. This full-time pivotal role is responsible for positioning our expertise within industrial and commercial sectors, generating qualified leads, and providing the sales team with essential collateral and market insights. The ideal candidate has proven experience marketing complex, high-value B2B technical solutions, or professional engineering consultancy services. They must be adept at translating intricate technical expertise into clear, compelling customer value propositions. Responsibilities: Market Positioning: Define and articulate the unique value proposition, brand messaging, and positioning for our engineering and technical offerings in target markets. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data driven B2B marketing strategy focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement. Budget Management: Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across various channels and measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) for all activities. Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify market gaps, service demand, and emerging customer requirements. Technical Content Creation: Lead the development of high-impact, technical marketing collateral, including capability statements, technical brochures, white papers, case studies, and detailed website copy, ensuring consistency and technical accuracy. Thought Leadership: Drive content creation focused on industry challenges and technological expertise to establish the company as a credible authority in our field of engineering. Service Launch: Plan and execute all marketing activities for new service or product line launches, coordinating internal engineering teams and external partners (e.g., design agencies). Inbound Marketing: Manage and optimise all digital marketing channels (website, SEO, PPC, professional social media) to increase qualified traffic and convert leads. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted demand generation campaigns (email marketing, webinars etc.) aimed at key decision-makers and technical leads Events: Plan, manage, and execute participation in key industry trade shows, technical conferences, and seminars to maximise lead capture and brand visibility. CRM Integration: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless lead management processes within the CRM system, tracking lead quality and conversion metrics. PR & Communications: Manage external Public Relations (PR) activities, media relations, and announcements to promote company milestones and technical achievements. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience within a technical consultancy, engineering, industrial, or complex services sector. Technical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and effectively market complex technical or engineering-focused services/products to both technical and commercial audiences. Digital Proficiency: Expertise in digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation platforms. Content Excellence: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to produce high-quality, technically accurate marketing content in UK English. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively across multidisciplinary internal and external teams. Ability to adapt to changes quickly, capable to pivot and focus on competing initiatives, as well as manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience marketing services or products in sectors governed by stringent regulatory or classification standards (e.g., Marine, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, complex infrastructure). Prior experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
