As a Sales Manager, you will shape branch performance, inspire a high‑performing team, and drive market share in a competitive and fast‑moving property market. You thrive on hitting targets, coaching others to success, and turning strategy into measurable results.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and inspire a high‑performing sales team
* Drive growth by overseeing and participating in the full sales process
* Collaborate with admin teams to ensure smooth, accurate property marketing and sales
* Report on KPIs and budget performance to drive results and exceed targets
* Create and deliver action plans aligned with branch strategy
* Serve as the go‑to expert for the team, with strong commercial awareness and property market insight
Benefits
* £18,000 – £22,000 basic salary per year (dependent on experience)
* £35,000 – £40,000 OTE per year
* Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm, four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every other Saturday
