Ives & Co Solicitors is looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join our growing team in Nottinghamshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who can run a varied caseload independently while working as part of a supportive, down-to-earth team.
You will handle a range of commercial matters from start to finish, including:
* Commercial property
* Business sales and purchases
* Commercial leases
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Refinancing and secured lending
* General commercial advice
We are looking for someone who combines technical capability with strong client care, commercial judgement, and a practical approach.
We are looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE
* Strong commercial and/or commercial property experience
* Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Team player who supports others
