What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the voice of the customer internally and the driver of performance externally, building a partnership that delivers for both sides.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and developing a key UK retail account with significant growth potential
* Building and delivering joint business plans aligned to shared objectives
* Acting as the primary point of contact, creating strong, trusted relationships
* Leading the day-to-day account strategy, supporting and developing team members
* Collaborating with supply chain, operations and logistics to ensure seamless delivery
* Managing full commercial performance—forecasting, promotions and cost control
* Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and unlock value
* Influencing senior stakeholders and championing the customer across the business
