The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

* Manage the end-to-end hiring process for roles across the business
* Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
* Source, screen, and interview candidates
* Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process
* Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
* Track activity and work towards clear performance goals
