You will be working for a global softwarepany based in Central London.
This role will operate on a remote basis with occasional travel to London.
Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary Senior HR Generalist for an initial 3-6 month period however there is potential for this role to be permanent.
Some duties will include:
Talent Management
1. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
2. Manageplex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of UK employment laws andpany policies
3. Support performance review cycles, including goal-setting, feedback collection, and calibrations.
4. Partner with managers to facilitate constructive performance discussions and develop actionable development plans.
HR Operations &pliance
5. Oversee core HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and benefits administration.
6. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned withpany goals and UK employment laws.
7. Maintain and update employee records in Rippling (HRIS) and other systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Recruitment & Onboarding
8. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles, with a strong focus across functional expertise (Sales, CS, Engineering, Product, G&A).
9. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
10. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
11. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining timelymunication and providing an excellent candidate experience.
12. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, andpetitor activities to ensure our recruitment strategies arepetitive and effective.
13. Conductprehensive new hire onboarding to ensure seamless integration into thepany.
HR Programs & Initiatives
14. Collaborate on People initiatives, including employee engagement, and learning and development.
15. Coordinate logistics for UK people programs, such as training sessions, workshops, and team events.
16. Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders visiting the office.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist role.
Ideally you will have a mixed background of a global matrixedpany and a SME.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £50,000 - £60,000
