Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and optimise Salesforce Service Cloud to support customer service operations.
* Configure workflows, validation rules, automation tools, and custom objects to meet business needs.
* Proactively identify system improvements and implement solutions independently.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored configurations.
* Monitor data quality, ensure system accuracy, and manage integrations with third-party tools.
* Provide training and support to users for effective platform utilisation.
What We’re Looking For:
* A self-sufficient individual who can take initiative, solve problems creatively, and think critically under pressure.
* Ability to adapt to challenges and deliver solutions independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders effectively.
* Highly knowledgeable with a proven background working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Certified Salesforce Administrator is essential; Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
