The Role You will oversee day-to-day HR operations and lead the school’s recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include: Managing recruitment campaigns from advert to appointment Handling onboarding, DBS checks, references & safeguarding vetting Maintaining staff records on the school’s MIS and Single Central Record Advising staff on HR policies and employment processes Coordinating performance management documentation Supporting payroll accuracy and HR reporting The School This school is known for its excellent staff culture, with a stable Senior Leadership Team and a professional operations department.
