Key Experience & Qualifications
* 6‑8 years of consulting experience in the sector, or a minimum of 8 years working within telecom or media industry and a desire to move into consulting.
* Experience with organisations such as Vodafone, BT, Virgin Media O2, Three, Sky, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Disney.
* Ability to design and implement complex business change and transformation programmes across areas such as programme delivery, operating models, digital transformation, product management, change management, service management, regulatory change, data management, AI, or process improvement. Experience may include telco network rollouts, OTT platform deployment, product management, operational improvement or new product launches.
* A passion for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Experience managing senior client stakeholders effectively.
* Leadership of consultant or client delivery teams on engagements or in‑house transformation teams.
* Preferable track record of contributing to sales and business development and a demonstrable network of industry connections.
Benefits
* A total cash package of up to £110,000, comprising a base salary of £82,005 and a combination of personal and company bonuses paid every six months.
* 25 days annual leave, increasing by one day each full year to a maximum of 30 days, with the option to buy or sell up to five days per year.
