This hospitality business is about to enter a growth period and require an experience strategic HRD or People & Culture Director to help drive a high-performance culture and who can bring their experience of opening / acquiring new hospitality venues to the company. This is a key role and will involve regular travel to all sites. Benefits Company car 25 days annual leave Healthcare What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the HRD: The HRD will have full oversight of all operational, strategic, talent and cultural aspects of the business Provide leadership and guidance around HR challenges and processes with regards to new openings and acquisitions Manage an existing high performing team whilst also reporting to the main Board Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar HRD role ideally within the hospitality sector Experience with the HR issues involved around integrating newly acquired businesses and opening new venues Ability to travel across the country to support property acquisitions and integration efforts. This is a permanent role offering a salary of up to £100,000 depending on experience.
