Job Description
This Engineering Manager will:
1. Lead and mentor engineering and tool room teams; provide coaching, resource planning, and performance oversight
2. Oversee injection mold design, build, optimization, troubleshooting, and adherence to industry standards
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality
4. Manage project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and cross‑functional coordination for new and existing products
5. Lead the quotation process for new programs; evaluate requirements, tooling needs, and feasibility
6. Provide deep technical expertise in tooling, injection molding processes, materials, and equipment
7. Collaborate with operations, quality, and design teams to resolve issues and support production optimization
8. Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the engineering group

The Successful Applicant
A successful Engineering Manager will have:
9. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
10. Extensive background in injection molding and custom molded products
11. Proven leadership experience managing engineering and tool room teams
12. Strong understanding of molding processes, tooling, and materials, including complex troubleshooting
13. Proficient in project management methodologies
14. Collaborative communicator with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
15. Familiarity with CAD tools and modern engineering systems
