3 days a week mostly remote working.
Experience with Sage 50 Accounts Professional (at least 3 years) Microsoft Excel and online banking.
Must have proven experience as a Bookkeeper to Trial Balance Level with a strong understanding of accounting principles, including multi-currency and international experience and preferably some experience of multi companies on Sage 50.
Preparation of monthly profit and loss reports for the directors and quarterly management accounts for the bank. Sending monthly PAYE & NIC payments to HMRC. Completing P11D questionnaires and sending payments. Preparing quarterly returns for CT 61 tax and sending payment to HMRC.
Liaising remotely with auditors in the UK and USA. Responding to HMRC VAT enquiries and inspections. Responding to bank enquiries and liaising in meetings with bank relationship manager.
Ad hoc work and payments for directors.
AAT or ICB qualified.
Must have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
