Youll deliver driver assessments, training, and coaching across our hub network—supporting both new and experienced drivers. From CPC training and inductions to compliance checks and performance coaching, youll help keep our fleet moving while driving continuous improvement across the operation. Responsibilities Deliver driver training, inductions, CPC modules, and assessments to maintain the highest safety and compliance standards Coach drivers using vehicle telemetry data to optimise driving styles and improve fuel efficiency Support transport operations to ensure sufficient driver resource during peak periods Conduct audits and maintain driver compliance records, ensuring legal requirements are met Investigate driving incidents and provide expert recommendations to improve safety and prevent recurrence Work collaboratively with operations, compliance, and fleet teams to drive continuous improvement across the network Interested?
