We're looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional HR support across Europe. You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for crew members, managing end-to-end HR operations processes, complex escalations, and partnering with stakeholders to drive operational excellence. As a key member of the HR Operations team, you will use your previous experiences and you passion for delivery to drive phenomenal outcomes for our colleagues.

In this role, you will
Engage in HR projects and operational work to support processes such as onboarding, talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation, and benefits. Provide HR Operations consultation and advice to team members, business colleagues and external vendors
Provide front line support to leaders and crew with all HR-related questions and issues
Manage end-to-end processes for maternity, parental, adoption, and sick leave. Liaise with stakeholders, respond to queries, update Workday accurately, and support flexible working requests
Work with a broad range of teams to ensure connectivity between compliance, payroll and mobility processes (as examples)
Manage candidate onboarding process including contract generation, background screening, identity checks, entering candidate data to Workday, and issuing new joiner notifications
Support new hires through the onboarding journey
Applicant Management to include, scheduling of complex interviews that cannot be handled by our interview scheduling tool, Paradox. Troubleshoot issues in Paradox and respond to candidate requests
What it takes
Previous experience in HR Operations in a large, complex, matrix organisation, ideally in Financial Services
A process improvement mindset, adept at driving operational excellence, technology change, and automation projects using enterprise systems
First rate knowledge of Enterprise HR platforms. Previous experience with Workday highly advantageous
A proactive and positive approach with a detailed knowledge of HR policies, processes and operations
Professional approach with strong attention to detail. The role will require you to work with sensitive data
