Job Description
I have partnered with one of the most interesting (and complex) organisations I’ve ever worked with – they are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join a hugely impactful project on a fixed-term contract basis.
You will be designing an end-to-end service with complex digital and non-digital aspects – it’s important to state that this is an internally facing and highly technical piece of work with an equally complex set of stakeholders. You will be working closely alongside a Senior User Researcher, the Head of Service Design, and a wider non-UCD team.
The project will require real-depth and expertise within Service Design, not limited to:
* Excellent stakeholder relationship building and facilitation experience.
* Experience designing across both online and offline systems and services.
* A broad design 'toolkit', and a pragmatic, flexible approach for how effective Service Design can be delivered.
* Capability across both discovery (workshopping & research) and delivery (Journey mapping, Blueprints etc).
* Experience across large, diverse organisations.
