Package & Benefits
* Salary £65,000–£80,000 per annum DOE.
* Performance-related bonus linked to deal origination and completions.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and launch a new auction finance division within the business.
* Originate and structure bridging loans for time-sensitive auction transactions.
* Develop broker and introducer relationships to generate consistent deal flow.
* Oversee deals from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with internal teams.
About You
* Experience within bridging finance.
* Exposure to auction finance or auction-related lending.
* Track record of originating deals and generating revenue.
