About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work at an established manufacturing site in Loughborough.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy, well invested production environment that values innovation, safety, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain plant and facilities to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

* Minimise downtime through timely, safe, and effective maintenance practices.

* Provide engineering solutions and carry out cost effective repairs.

* Support production and maintenance teams in achieving performance, quality, and safety targets.

* Accurately record all maintenance work using the sites CMM system.

* Promote continuous improvement and compliance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) standards.
