To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation, and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment, achieving performance targets.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach by working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
* Create an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration for your team.
* Ensure smooth stockroom operations by continuously improving processes, identifying, and solving problems, and maintaining high stock standards.
* Strive to ensure stock is available to customers as quickly as possible.
About You:
* You are passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring and motivating others to create a positive team environment.
* You work well in a results-driven, fast-paced, and challenging environment, adapting quickly to change.
* You are a great communicator, approachable under pressure, and realistic in your expectations.

* You are an effective multi-tasker, able to plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
* Experience with productivity targets is desirable but not essential.
