The Role

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient support for construction projects.

Provide leadership and guidance to administrative and support staff.

Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for site and office staff.

Maintain organised project documentation and compliance records.

Liaise with construction teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure clear and effective communication.

Develop and implement office systems and procedures to streamline operations.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across office and project-related administration.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in office management, ideally within the construction industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Experience in HR practices, including recruitment and employee relations, is desirable.

Knowledge and experience of construction industry accreditations such as ISO, RISQS, Constructionline, or similar would be highly desirable.

Confidence working in a construction-driven environment with multiple projects running simultaneously.
