Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic andinspiring Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of NaturalBaby Shower’s growth. This is a key leadership role, where you’ll beresponsible for shaping and delivering a bold marketing vision thatreflects our values, strengthens our brand, and drives commercialsuccess.
You’ll lead a talented in-house team andagency partners, creating a high-performing, collaborative culturethat delivers impact. You’ll own and evolve our omnichannel marketingstrategy – from digital performance and brand partnerships to content,CRM, and social. With a sharp eye for data and a deep understanding ofbrand storytelling, you’ll ensure every campaign resonates with ouraudience of conscious, modern parents.
KeyResponsibilities
* Own the marketing strategy and budget, balancing growth andbrand equity with business goals and commercial targets.
* Leadan omnichannel approach across paid media (search, social,affiliates), CRM, PR, SEO, brand partnerships, and organic social.
* Identify and lead on market penetration initiatives toincrease share within existing and new customer segments.
* Monitor key metrics including ROI, MER, CAC, and LTV, usingthem to inform decisions and report on effectiveness.
* Manage andmentor a high-performing in-house team and lead departmental headsacross Digital Performance, CRM & Campaigns, Creative, Social andPartnerships, plus agency partners.
* Create a collaborative,results-driven culture that nurtures creativity and accountability.
* Build strong relationships with E-commerce, Buying, andCustomer Service teams to align marketing with wider business activityand trading plans.
Customer & Brand
* Champion our customer-first approach, ensuring we’respeaking directly to expectant parents in a way that reflects ourbrand values.
* Stay close to customer insight to shapemessaging, tone of voice, and campaign direction across all channels.
Creative & Campaign Delivery
* Oversee campaign planning and execution across internaland external teams.
* Ensure consistent brand storytellingacross all platforms, from creative and content to CRM and media.
* Support the production of engaging content—from short-formvideo and social to product storytelling and brand campaigns.
CRM & Retention
* Own the CRMstrategy, using segmentation, personalisation and automation toimprove retention, customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates.
* Oversee lifecycle marketing programmes and ensure they’reoptimised to deliver timely, relevant communications.
* Collaborate with the digital and creative teams to drive CRMperformance across email, SMS and app communications.
PR & Brand Visibility
* Lead thePR strategy to grow brand awareness and position Natural Baby Showeras a trusted voice among expectant parents.
* Proactivelyidentify opportunities for product placement, founder storytelling,and thought leadership across parenting, sustainability, and lifestylemedia.
Social & Partnerships
* Drive growth across our organic social channels, with afocus on community building, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
* Oversee brand partnerships and trade marketing activity,ensuring co-branded campaigns deliver both awareness and revenue.
* Manage influencer relationships, identifying and nurturingadvocates who resonate with our audience.
* Maximisebrand-funded marketing budgets and collaborative opportunities withpartner brands.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a senior marketing leadershiprole, ideally within retail or e-commerce
* Strong peopleleader with the ability to manage and inspire a cross-functional team
* Commercially minded with a deep understanding of customerbehaviours and brand strategy
* Excellent knowledge of digitalmarketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, andanalytics software
* Confident managing multiple projects,deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
* Strong communicationskills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at alllevels
* Analytical thinker with a passion for using data todrive growth and performance
