Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Financial Accountant for a 3 month contract and as part of this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Handle the high-volume data gathering required for the country filings to ensure we hit deadlines without stalling.
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Statutory Filings & Cash Recovery
* Audit Finalisation & Reconciliation Cleanup.
* Managing remaining audit queries and completing a full cleanup of the client vs. Third-Party reconciliations. Audit Readiness
* Systematically gathering, labelling, and verifying supporting documentation (invoices, contracts, bank statements) to prevent back-and-forth with auditors.
* Audit Trail Maintenance
* Year end reconciliations
* Statutory Filing & Global Compliance: Managing filings for France, Italy, Sweden, Brazil, UK, Australia, Singapore and Germany (2024 & 2025)
* Ensuring all accounts are reconciled monthly, providing a 'clean' starting point for the auditors.
* Bank reconciliations
