The RoleAs a SEN Tutor, you will:Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs and EHCP outcomes of each studentSupport students' academic, emotional, and social developmentWork collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure a consistent and holistic approachUse a creative and flexible teaching style to engage learners with a variety of abilities and interestsWhat We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from experienced SEN teachers or tutors with a strong understanding of post-16 education and additional needs.
