Key Responsibilities Parts Management: Identify, source, and order forklift parts and accessories accurately to meet customer needs. Stock Control: Organise and maintain the parts stockroom, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate cataloguing. Customer Support: Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email-helping them find the right parts for their equipment. Engineering Collaboration: Provide the engineering team with up-to-date information on parts availability, pricing, and lead times. Technical Expertise: Stay informed on the latest forklift models and parts, offering recommendations and troubleshooting assistance. Order Processing: Manage and process orders with multiple manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.
