These customers include renowned companies such as Mazda, BAFTA, Berlitz, Foxtons, Fairtrade and London City Airport.



We have big plans, are growing fast, and are building a commercial team to match.



About the role



We are looking for a detail-oriented, flexible and proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing B2B SaaS sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, efficient processing of commercial documentation and accurate CRM management. You will work closely with Sales, Finance and Marketing, to support the full customer lifecycle.



This is a full-time remote role. The team meets from time to time at our offices in Guildford, just outside of London. Candidates within 2 hours of Guildford are preferred.



Your role in our team



• Prepare and process quotes, renewals and general sales enquiries

• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibility

• Support pricing approvals and commercial documentation workflows

• Assist with sales reporting, forecasting data and general sales requests

• Liaise with Finance regarding invoicing and contract queries

• Support partner administration and ad-hoc tasks where required

• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency



What we are looking for



• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Administration within a B2B environment (SaaS preferred)

• Strong experience using CRM systems

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Confident handling commercial documentation, quoting and contracts

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A professional outlook and desire to contribute to a high-growth team
