We are offering a £32,000 basic salary plus company benefits.
Responsibilities
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow‑up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
Qualifications
Previous customer facing service experience is essential. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
