Job Description : Reporting To: Affiliate Account Director

ABOUT ARENA MEDIA

We are Arena Media, part of the Havas Media Network. Arena is a media agency designed exclusively for clients who live in culture – think Fashion, Gaming, Arts, Film, and TV. Our client list is expansive and exciting – including the likes of Puma, JBL, Bumble, Bethesda and UKTV, all the way through to Remy Cognac, Square Enix, Universal Music and Red Bull.

We are here to rewrite the rules of entertainment and create meaningful moments in culture. We want to challenge the status quo and do more of the work that gets shared, talked about and noticed. We take this approach across all channels – whether looking at AV, OOH or performance focussed digital campaigns.

As such, we’re looking for people who are passionate about the industry, are naturally curious, who live and breathe culture. We’re a fast paced agency and want people who share our ambitions, people with fresh ideas and opinions – a challenger mindset from someone that won’t settle for a BAU approach and strives for innovation.

We believe Arena can offer a unique opportunity. This is a chance to be part of a scaled specialist community of digital practitioners to help hone in on channel expertise, while also being part of a vibrant, fast growing culture brand that’s disrupting the traditional agency landscape.

THE ROLE

As a Affiliate Manager, you will be a performance specialist with affiliate experience and client facing skills. You will be dedicated to a single client – one of the most globally recognised, fashion centric shoe retailers, with activation spanning US, Canada and EMEA.

The principal elements of the role will be to manage 1-2 Affiliate Executives in the pursuit of performance excellence. You will be responsible for campaign implementation, analysis, optimisation, delivery and evaluation across affiliate, but as part of a paid performance function.

Working alongside the Affiliate Director where relevant, you will also have a chance to heavily influence strategy and lead on the implementation of innovative, new solutions for your client. It is essential you have a strong retail background and are able to deliver effectively on a scaled, international retailer.

There will be a heavy client facing element to this role, as you’ll be required to lead weekly calls/meetings and lead on or parts of larger monthly and quarterly meetings, with the support of your line manager. As such, it’s essential you feel comfortable with clients, have strong communication skills, as well as a proactive attitude and a real hunger for success.
