We’re looking for a highly organized, people-savvy Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client’s team on a fixed-term contract. You’ll lead all recruitment activities — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — helping teams grow with top talent. Working closely with hiring managers and HR, you’ll be central to shaping the team’s future.
Description of the role:
* Oversee recruitment for sales and other departments, managing job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
* Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions aligned with market trends and internal changes.
* Conduct salary benchmarking and support competitive offer decisions.
* Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
* Organize and support interviews (online and face-to-face), participating as needed.
* Coordinate with department heads for assessments and candidate selection.
* Partner with HR and the Training Assistant to ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes.
* Provide HR administrative support, including procedures and policy assistance.
* Support broader recruitment and people operations initiatives as required.
About you:
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
* Familiarity with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and job platforms.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
* Some HR experience or willingness to support HR-related administrative tasks.
* Comfortable using digital tools for remote interviews, scheduling, and documentation.
* Interviewing experience (remote and in-person) is highly desirable.
