We’re looking for a talented and passionate baker to
join our growing hospitality group, overseeing baking for our five busy
restaurants and associated venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a
creative and experienced baker to work alongside our longstanding bakers, help develop new
ideas, and take our offering to the next level.
About the Role
As a baker, you will be responsible for producing and
developing a wide range of high-quality baked goods for:
* Cake
counters
* Bespoke
breads and artisan loaves
* Dessert
menus across all restaurants
* Private
and corporate events
What We’re Looking For
* Proven
experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a professional
kitchen or bakery
* Excellent
knowledge of pastry, cakes, breads, and desserts
* High
standards of organisation, consistency, and quality control
* Comfortable
working early mornings (from 4am/5am)
* Must
be able to drive or travel reliably to our bakery at that time
