Bradford HYBRID ROLE
Work hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday.
2 days office based - 3 days home based
BD4/5 area Bradford

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support all aspects of sales/tender project support at a modern, fast‑paced open office site.
This role is ideal for a proactive and well‑organised individual who wants to develop their existing administrative skills in a busy services environment.
Responsibilities
 * Managing policies and sales administration for client accounts
 * Updating internal systems
 * Managing existing customer accounts
You will be one of the main contacts for National Key Accounts, advising on policies, tenders and product services. You will manage relationships with customers, understanding their policy needs and keeping them happy.
Excellent telephone manner and confidence to maintain a high level of customer service is required. Experience in a sales role is a plus; you don't need to be strictly sales but enjoy calling customers and building relationships.
