Project Manager - Onboarding
This role owns customer onboarding end-to-end from readiness and installation through to commissioning and a clean hand-off to Customer Success. We need a blend of project management, hands-on onboarding delivery, and technical issue ownership .
This role will require some visits client sites (average 1 day per week)
What you’ll be doing
* Planning and running onboarding projects with clear timelines, milestones, and governance
* Making sure installs are done right, systems are configured correctly, and data is flowing before handover
* Taking full ownership of onboarding-related technical issues - triaging, prioritising, and driving resolution
* Working closely with Sales, Tech, Engineering, Installers, and CS to keep delivery predictable and high quality
* Improving and scaling onboarding processes, playbooks, and workflows as the business grows

* Smooth, high-quality handovers to Customer Success

What we’re looking for
* Strong experience in project delivery, implementation, or technical onboarding
* Background in SaaS, IoT, hardware, energy, or similar tech-led environments
* Comfortable running multiple concurrent deployments with technical complexity
* Some technical knowledge around Wifi, connectivity, networks and installation constraints
* Someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and making messy processes work better
* Given the location of some sites you will need to have a full drivers license and a car.
