Job Description
Robert Half are working in an exclusive partnership with an established, well recognised company in Swindon to recruit a Credit Controller to join their finance team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to take on a new challenge and take full ownership of the credit control process, whilst being a part of a thriving company that is renowned for offering an excellent work culture. The salary is between £27,000 - £31,000 plus hybrid working and other excellent benefits.
The Role
The main duties of the Credit Controller will consist of:
* Collecting outstanding debt via email and telephone.
* Assessing customer credit ratings and setting up new accounts.
* Sending monthly statements.
* Cash allocation.
* Chasing overdue invoices.
* Raising invoices.
* Reconciling customer accounts.
* Liaising with customers and dealing with queries.
Requirements
To be considered for the Credit Controller position, you must ideally possess the following skills/attributes:
* Must have proven credit control experience.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships.
* Good team player.
* Highly organised.
Salary & Benefits
* £27,000 - £31,000 annual salary
* Hybrid working; 2 days from home, 3 days in the office
