What you’ll be doing
During your Industry Placement you will have the opportunity to learn more about BAE Systems, and the business management and administration work we do. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your learning from the classroom, and develop technical skills in the workplace.
This 30‑45 day placement will include time at our training facilities and our on‑site workplaces, gaining experience by contributing to real projects. You’ll have an opportunity to work with our apprentices and employees, who will provide valuable insights into their roles and career journey.
The placement will run between November 2026 and February 2027 and specific dates and times will be communicated if your application is successful.
Your skills and experience
To apply, you must have or be on track to achieve 5 GCSEs at grades A*‑C or 9‑4 (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English by August 2027.
You must also be completing a T Level in Management and Administration, and be in your second year of study by the time the placements start in October 2026. We will accept all Management and Administration pathways for this opportunity. Please ensure you add the details of your current T Level course on your application form.
