Ready to create something exceptional? We're seeking an Executive Chef to lead and shape a standout food operation at one of the most prestigious brands in Formula One, based in Brackley. As we expand into new staff dining and hospitality buildings and launch a fine dining concept, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark in a unique corporate setting.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll define and deliver a bold culinary vision across staff dining, hospitality and fine dining.

Develop and lead the long-term culinary strategy
Design innovative, seasonal menus
Launch an exciting new fine dining concept
Elevate the staff dining and hospitality experience
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
Balance creativity with strong operational performance
About You
Proven Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
Creative, commercially aware and confident taking calculated risks
Strong leader with experience in high-volume, quality-driven environments
Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation
