Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven store manager to lead retail operations, inspire a high‑performing team, beat targets, and provide world‑class service.

* Become a Pandora product expert through thorough training, and nurture and develop the team to unlock their full potential.

* Proven experience driving sales and profitability in store.
* Passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
* Ability to understand and translate Pandora’s local and global business strategy into store, regional, and division KPIs.
* Experience using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and taking action when opportunities are found.
* Strong communication skills to coach a high‑performing team.
* Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
* Positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
