We are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA to support our teachers in delivering high-quality learning. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and previous experience working with children.

The successful candidate will support teachers’ delivery of the national curriculum and contribute to the development of other support staff, pupils, school policies, and strategies.

Key responsibilities:
* Support teachers’ delivery of the national curriculum and contribute to the development of support staff, pupils, policies, and strategies.
* Work independently and collaboratively with teaching staff in planning and resource management.
* Deliver learning to individuals, small groups, and whole classes as required within supervision systems.
* Support pupils, teachers, and the school to raise achievement standards, utilizing advanced knowledge and skills in planning, monitoring, assessing, and managing classes.
* Encourage pupils to become independent learners, support their welfare, and promote inclusion in all aspects of school life.
