About the Role
We are looking for a practical, organised Office Manager / Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and is happy to get involved in all aspects of office maintenance and administration. You will play a key part in supporting sales, processing customer orders, handling customer enquiries, bookkeeping and general office management.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Customer Support
Process customer orders accurately via email, phone, and online systems
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Liaise with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and returns
Support sales activities through accurate administration and follow-up
Packing, Dispatch & Logistics
Pack and dispatch customer orders
Prepare shipping documentation and labels
Monitor deliveries and resolve any shipping issues
Office Administration
Manage general office administration and day-to-day paperwork
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Order office and packing supplies as needed
Bookkeeping & Finance Support
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Maintain accurate financial records for review by accountants
Support month-end and ad hoc financial administration
General Support
Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks
Help improve simple office processes as the business grows
Act as a reliable point of contact across the business
Skills & Experience
Essential
Experience in an office administration or office manager role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-focused approach
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and changing priorities
Competent with basic bookkeeping and administrative systems
Desirable
Experience in order processing, sales administration, or logistics
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero)
Familiarity with Shopify
