Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion (Whitings Hill Primary School)
It is an exciting time for Whitings Hill School as we seek an exceptional and passionate leader to join our Senior Leadership Team: an Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, with responsibility for SEND and the strategic leadership of inclusion across our school, starting in April 2026.
This is a senior post within the school’s staffing structure, and the post holder is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The position is non‑class based and will focus on SEND and safeguarding.
This job description may be amended at any time following discussions between the Headteacher and member of staff, and will be reviewed annually.
The Assistant Headteacher will work with the Headteacher and senior leadership team and together they will be responsible to the Governors and the LA for effectively leading and managing the school to the highest possible standard.
