Position
Our Field Operations team in Kintore is looking for an experienced Administrator with keen attention to detail to join the team for a 6-month assignment.
Responsibilities
* Preparing customer invoices with supporting documentation
* Reviewing vendor invoices, timesheets and supporting documentation
* Providing support with visa applications
* Providing administrative support to Service Engineers, monitoring annual leave, maintaining assignment records, training courses
Qualifications
* Familiar with SAP4Hana, or other SAP modules
* Flexible, able to manage conflicting priorities
* Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
* Approachable and helpful
* Proactive in suggesting ways to streamline and improve existing processes
