A snapshot of the role:
* Lead and inspire a team of Talent Managers
* Build genuine relationships with creators and influencers
* Develop partnerships with leading fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands
* Negotiate commercial deals and secure exciting collaborations
* Support creators in delivering standout content and campaigns
* Represent the agency at events, launches and industry gatherings
* Identify growth opportunities across talent portfolios
* Drive team performance, development and success
* Play a key role in the agency's continued growth and evolution ✨
What you’ll bring to the table:
* At least 3 years of professional experience within a influencer / creator talent agency - essential!
* A genuine passion for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands
* Experience of being a positive team leader
* Commercially minded, with a sharp eye for growth opportunities
* Confident, proactive and hands-on in your approach
* Personable and able to quickly build trust and rapport.
