About The Role
This is a full‑time day‑shift position.
Responsibilities
* Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
* Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
* Assist with daily activities within the home.
* Deliver compassionate care that respects residents’ individuality.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do, including seeking advice and reporting concerns.
Safeguarding and Training
* Identify potential abuse or neglect and know how to respond.
* Attend safeguarding training appropriate to the role.
* Report concerns and, if necessary, raise escalation.
