North West Academies Trust in Cheshire are recruiting for an Apprentice Business Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.
• Support the central office team with admin duties
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
• Liaise with schools, trustees, and external stakeholders
• Schedule meetings and events
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and meeting notes
• Support Communications Officer with planning and organising events
• Operating standard IT systems and equipment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above), including English and Maths
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage confidential information with discretion
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Social Media / Video knowledge desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload
• Friendly and approachable
• Teamworking
• Punctual
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4pm / 30 mins lunch unpaid / alternatively finish at 4.30pm and have 1 hour for lunch / 35 hours per week
