Job Description Summary:
Job Title: Integrator, Embedded Finance
Locations: Leeds, Chester or London
Salary: From £59,850 for non-London based colleagues, £70,929 for London based colleagues
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site
Role Overview: The Embedded Finance team is a start-up within Consumer Lending, building propositions to meet customers’ financial needs in their daily lives. The Integrator coordinates dependencies between the Lab and external stakeholders, managing complex implementations.
Responsibilities:
* Support merchant sales & product managers in integrating Embedded Finance products onto merchant websites & shopping carts
* Develop integration task sequences with the PO, aligned to the Lab backlog
* Manage dependencies between the lab and other teams
* Coordinate with external teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Identify and resolve blockers, escalating as needed
* Act as interface with third-party suppliers and business partners
* Handle complex, high-risk integrations involving multiple parties
Requirements:
* Experience with payments and Shopping Carts configuration for embedded finance
* Strong collaboration, influence, and relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Problem-solving skills and logical thinking
* Ability to influence positively and demonstrate core values
